Putin: ready to talk about Ukraine

report Mehr News Agency quoted by Al Jazeera, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in his speech today: We are ready to discuss Ukraine.

He added: We welcome cooperation with Donald Trump. I have practical relations with him based on interests.

Putin emphasized: I agree with Trump that if he was not deprived of winning the elections, the war in Ukraine could have been prevented.

He added: There are common positions to discuss with the American government, including strategic stability and oil.
