Kremlin: Riyadh’s negotiations were a vital step towards achieving peace in Ukraine

American and Russian diplomatic delegations talked to Riyadh yesterday (Tuesday). The focus of these talks is to end the Ukrainian war. This is the first diplomatic call of the two countries since the start of the clashes in Kiev.
