How did Waltz and Rubio get Zelnsky and the Ukrainian delegation out of the White House?
reports Mehr News Agency The US, referring to the verbal tension of Friday between President Donald Trump and his Ukrainian counterpart, during a visit to the White House, gave an explanation of how Zelksky’s reaction to “leaving” from the White House.
Tension took place during a meeting between Trump and JD Venus, his deputy with Zelnsky and the Ukrainian delegation. Conditions were worsened when Zelksky had put his foot in a shoe and insisted that Trump should support Kiev rather than an impartial stance and an attempt to mediate between Ukraine and Russia.
Trump accused Ukrainian counterpart of US support and reluctantly to provide the necessary concessions to end the war, and Venus also criticized Zelnski for lack of diplomacy.
After this dispute, Waltz told Brybart News: “The senior trader (Trump) knows when to get out of a bad deal or a bad negotiation!
Waltz, pointing out how he and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio conveyed Trump’s message to Zelnski, adding: “They were surprised.” I do not know what they thought to themselves that they could continue to negotiate after a completely public event in the eyes of the whole world! His team (Zelnski) and as you can see his ambassador, who had taken his face in the middle of the White House office, were fully aware of the situation!
Earlier, a White House employee who did not want to be named, said Trump had actually “out” and the Ukrainian delegation was still “begging for a return.”
However, according to Jacques Heinrich, FoxNews, Rubio and Waltz insisted that the Ukrainian delegation immediately leave the White House.
Waltz added that the Ukrainian team was informed that “Americans’ patience is over” and described the American team’s mood as: “How can you come and insult one and actually need money and help?”
“So we have expressed this issue without any ambiguity,” he said. We have clearly said that the negotiations that could have been amazing to them and their country are over and time.
In the meantime, Rubio criticized Zelnski for “wasting” all with his approach, questioning his true intentions about the war with Russia, saying that Zelnski had to apologize for turning a high-level session into a “waterfall”.
Zelksky shortly after acknowledging that the negotiation did not go well, he indirectly said that he had no plans to apologize to Trump.
