New York Times: Full ban on Iranian nationals and five other countries into the US

The New York Times quoted sources from the Trump administration's plan to ban citizens' entry into the United States.

The report said: Citizens of nine countries may face restrictions on entry into the United States, according to a draft within the Trump administration. The project consists of three levels of restriction, the most strict prohibition on the entry of citizens in the country.

This draft, produced by diplomatic and security officials, contains three levels of limit:

۱ . Red List: Citizens of four countries will be fully prohibited from entering the United States. These include Afghanistan, Bhutan, Cuba, Iran , Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela and Yemen.

۱ . Orange List : Citizens of four countries will face severe visa restrictions. These countries include Belarus, Eritrea, Haiti, Laos, Myanmar, Pakistan, Russia, Sierra Leone , South Sudan and Turkmenistan. In these cases, only wealthy business passengers may be allowed to enter, while immigration and tourism visas will be severely limited.

۱ . Yellow List : 1 country will have a 5 -day opportunity to address US security concerns. Otherwise they may be transferred to the red or orange list. These countries include Angola, Antigua and Barbuda , Cameron, Cape Word, Chad , Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kitts and writer , tradition Style = “Text-align: Justify”> Sautoma and Princess , Vanuato and Zimbab.

Government officials who sought their names because of the sensitivity of the subject; The list has not yet been finalized and may change. The draft is currently being reviewed by embassy officials, regional departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and security experts in other ministries and intelligence agencies.

This is part of the executive order that Trump signed on January 5 and urged the State Department to identify countries where there is insufficient information to review and screen their passengers. The ministry had 5 days to submit its list to the White House.
