White House Short Statement on US -Russian 4 -hour talks in Riyadh

The Black Sea conditions, as well as an agreement to stop attacks on Russian and Ukrainian energy infrastructure, which US President Donald Trump has offered, was the focus of bilateral technical negotiations.
