Strategic goals of the Chinese Army’s extensive exercise around Taiwan

China’s Eastern Army Command stated in its official account on the social network of Wechat: The focus of these maneuvers is the combat patrols in the sea and the air, the overwhelming mastery of the area, the attacks on land and maritime targets, and control over key routes.
Taiwan’s Defense Ministry also said in a statement that China’s “Shandong” aircraft carrier had arrived in Taiwan’s response area on Monday. In response, Taiwan has dispatched its aircraft and ships and activated land -based missile systems.
The Chinese Communist Party has continued to increase its military activities around Taiwan and the Indo-Pacific region and has become the biggest cause of instability in the international community.
After the announcement began, the Chinese army released a series of propaganda videos showing that Warships and Military Jets have been besieged Taiwan’s Taipei, Taipei City is targeted from above and armored vehicles are on Taiwan streets.
One of the videos, titled “Siege Ring”, which shows Chinese troops surrounded by the island, was released on the Wibo Social Network for the Eastern Regional Command of the Chinese Army.
In another video called “Shell”, Taiwan’s chief is shown as a cartoon green insect that is spreading parasites across the island.
