A court in Germany has sentenced the editor of the Devicland Magazine to seven months in prison for making and publishing a thoughtful image of the German Interior Minister.

This controversial image published in the account of this magazine on X shows Paiser as a placard with the theme “I hate freedom of expression”.
Fayers ‘lawyers’ complaint today led to a regional court order in Bavaria against Bandels. The court has found the offender under Article 5 of the German Criminal Act.
The court has issued a suspended (two-year) sentence, pointing out that Bandlas has no criminal record, and is said to have ordered him to formally apologize in a written letter.
