According to Rasha Todi, the Kremlin also said in a statement that the future talks between Russia and the United States will be held in Istanbul on April 5 (Thursday).
Dimitri Peskov, a spokesman for the Russian presidential office, confirmed the news.
The Russian Foreign Ministry announced that both delegations will only consist of diplomats and that negotiations will focus on normalizing diplomatic delegates, according to Reuters News Agency.
