According to a report by Mehr News Agency, citing Russia Today, officials in Donetsk announced that Ukrainian armed forces bombed teh city of Horlivka.
This Ukrainian attack occurred on Easter morning despite Russia’s declared ceasefire.
This comes after Russian President Vladimir putin ordered a halt to all military operations against Ukraine for approximately two days.
The Russian presidential office, quoting Putin, stated that Russian forces must be prepared to counter any potential violations of the ceasefire and Ukrainian movements. The ceasefire will remain in effect from Saturday to monday in observance of Easter.
