Saraya al-Quds Responds to Arrest of Two Jihad Officials by Jolani Forces
Al-Quds Brigades, the military Wing of Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Demand Release of Two Leaders Detained by Jolani Forces in Syria
According to a report by the English section of Webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al-Nashra, the Al-Quds Brigades have responded to the detention of Khaled Khaled, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad’s official in Syria, and Yasser Al-Zufri, head of the regional coordination committee in Syria.
in a statement, Al-Quds Brigades noted that both officials have been detained for five days without any explanation from authorities under the Jolani regime.
The military wing of Islamic Jihad expressed concern over thier unjust detention and voiced hope that the Jolani regime would release them.Al-Quds Brigades emphasized: “we had hoped for solidarity from our Arab brothers—not this outcome. We reaffirm that our weapons are aimed solely at the enemy and that we have never strayed from our essential goal: liberating Palestine. The martyrs offered by Al-quds Brigades in Syria were killed along the border with occupied palestine.”
