Chinese Foreign Ministry Responds to U.S. Tariff War Against the country
According to a report by the English section of Webangah News Agency,citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera,china’s Foreign Ministry stated that the country does not intend to engage in a trade war but will not shy away from one if imposed on China.
the ministry added: The United States should negotiate with us based on respect and equality. This country has dangerously used tariff leverage to undermine the global order.
China’s Foreign Ministry emphasized: America cannot claim it seeks an agreement with us while concurrently applying pressure.
It is worth noting that the Donald Trump administration has recently imposed heavy tariffs on imported goods from countries worldwide.
