Head of Russian Federation Council Warns: Deployment of European Forces in Ukraine Is Unacceptable; We Will Not Negotiate on It
According to the English section of Webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and RIA Novosti, Valentina Matviyenko, Head of the Russian Federation Council, stated today, Wednesday: “The deployment of European forces in Ukraine is unacceptable; we will not negotiate on it.”
The Head of the Russian Federation Council further emphasized: “Russia will never participate in any negotiations were the topic of deploying European forces in Ukraine is discussed.This idea is unacceptable and has no chance of success.”
It should be noted that some media circles had previously reported that discussions regarding the deployment of European forces in Kyiv would be part of negotiations concerning Ukraine.
