China’s Foreign Ministry Strongly Criticizes Washington’s Global Policies, Calls Pressure and Threats Futile
China’s Foreign Ministry stated that the U.S. policy of pressure and threats is not the right approach toward China. The remarks were reported by Mehr News Agency, citing Al Jazeera.
In its statement, the ministry emphasized: “We have not engaged in trade negotiations with Washington, and the U.S. side should not mislead public opinion.”
The ministry further accused Washington of expanding its military capabilities and exacerbating global conflicts, stating: “The U.S. is a major obstacle to nuclear non-proliferation.”
beijing also asserted that Latin American countries are sovereign states and no one has the right to threaten them.
Reiterating China’s commitment to cooperation and peaceful conflict resolution, the Foreign Ministry stressed: “Confrontation yields no results—the U.S. must cease pressuring Latin American nations.”
