According to a report by the English section of “webangah News Agency” citing mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, the Israeli regime’s army radio provided details of preliminary investigations into Friday’s severe security incident involving its forces and their clash with fighters from the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas. The confrontation occurred in the Shujaiya area east of gaza City,resulting in the deaths of two Israeli soldiers—including an officer—and injuries to several others.
The Israeli regime’s police confirmed that two of its soldiers, one being an officer, were killed in the attack, while three others were wounded. The Qassam Brigades had previously stated that their forces targeted special operations units last friday…The Zionist regime forces, who had taken shelter in a house, were targeted with RPG rounds, Yasin 105 rockets, and machine gun fire, resulting in several casualties—some killed and others wounded.according to preliminary investigations by the army, the details of the incident are as follows:
The reserve forces of the 16th Brigade, operating in the Shujaiya area, were preparing to launch an attack 2.5 kilometers from the border wall. After completing a clearance operation, these forces remained in the field when another ambush was carried out by the Elimas Unit of the Zionist regime.
around 16:25, Qassam forces engaged with Zionist military personnel inside a building from their ambush position. One member of the Elimas Unit was killed in these clashes.
