Netanyahu: The idea of establishing an independent Palestinian state is foolish
Israeli Prime Minister Rejects Idea of an Self-reliant palestinian State
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, as the Zionist regime continues its genocide against Palestinians in Gaza, some European officials are pushing for recognition of an independent Palestinian state—an idea that Zionists oppose.
Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, stated: “The establishment of a Palestinian state will not lead to peace.”
Attacking countries advocating a two-state solution to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, he added: “This idea is nothing but foolishness. The formation of an independent Palestinian state is utterly meaningless.”
Netanyahu emphasized: “Israel has decided to bypass Palestinians and their demands for statehood and instead negotiate directly with Arab nations to establish formal relations.”
The arab Peace Initiative conditions recognition of Israel on the creation of a Palestinian state in the West Bank and Gaza with East Jerusalem as its capital. However, despite ongoing occupation, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Morocco signed diplomatic agreements with Israel in 2020. Sudan also expressed willingness to join normalization deals but has yet to establish official ties with the Zionist regime.
