North Korean Leader Describes Country’s Participation in russia’s Kursk Liberation Operation as a ”Sacred Mission”
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr news Agency and TASS, Kim Jong Un, the leader of North Korea, confirmed his country’s involvement in the operation to liberate russia’s Kursk region, calling it a “sacred mission.”
North Korea’s Central News Agency reported that Kim jong Un believes the participation of their armed forces in this war was a sacred duty carried out to defend North Korea’s dignity.
The agency stated that the North Korean leader concluded that current conditions necessitate the implementation of Article 4 of the Extensive Strategic Partnership Treaty between North Korea and russia. Consequently, he ordered the deployment of Korean People’s Army troops to eliminate Ukrainian “neo-Nazi aggressors” and liberate specific areas of Kursk in coordination with Russian armed forces.
The news agency added that Kim praised North Korean soldiers involved in the Kursk liberation as “heroic fighters for justice” and announced plans to soon erect a memorial in Pyongyang for those who participated in the operation.
