Head of Gaza Field Hospitals Announces: Israeli Warplanes Target Populated Area in gaza Strip, Fears Rise Over Increasing Casualties
The English section of Webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, reports that Marwan al-Hams, head of Gaza’s field hospitals, stated: Israeli airstrikes have targeted a densely populated area in the Gaza Strip, and we are deeply concerned about the rising number of casualties from this incident.He added: “The wounded are dying before our eyes due to severe shortages of medicine and medical equipment.”
Al-Hams emphasized that today, two patients at the Nasser Medical Complex suffered kidney failure because of inadequate facilities.
The head of Gaza’s field hospitals stressed: “With the healthcare infrastructure in Gaza destroyed, the world must act to stop these crimes.”
Meanwhile, Palestinian medical sources reported that 42 Palestinians were martyred during Zionist occupier attacks across various areas of the Gaza Strip since dawn today—most casualties occurred in gaza City and northern regions of the enclave.
