The capture and killing of terrorists affiliated with Jolani in the outskirts of Damascus
several Terrorist Elements Linked to Jolani Killed or Wounded in clashes with Druze in Syrian Capital; Others Captured
According to a report by the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr news Agency and Al Jazeera, an assault by elements affiliated with the terrorists controlling Syria on an area near the country’s capital led to clashes with local Druze.
the report states that two terrorists linked to Mohammad al-Jolani, leader of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Al-Nusra Front, the Syrian branch of Al-Qaeda), were killed during the attack on the Druze-majority town of Jaramana, while several others were wounded.
Local sources opposed to the terrorists controlling Damascus confirmed that a number of assailants were captured by Druze forces.
Terrorists loyal to Abu Mohammad al-Jolani had attempted since early Tuesday morning to enter this predominantly Druze town.
The clashes, described as intense, also resulted in the deaths of two civilians. Lebanon’s Al-Mayadeen TV network reported that five residents were killed and ten others wounded in Tuesday morning’s clashes in Jaramana.
violence erupted after Jolani-linked terrorist elements called for an attack on the town.
Earlier this Sunday, security forces under Jolani’s terrorist regime killed one person near dusk on the Damascus-Suwayda road, sparking protests among Jaramana’s Druze community. In response to what they called a ”field assassination,” protesters blocked access to Damascus International Airport Road.
