According to a report by the English section of webangah News Agency, citing mehr News⁤ Agency and Sputnik, Russia’s Defense Ministry announced on Wednesday that its forces had seized Novoe (Novoye) in Donetsk, eastern Ukraine, as part of ​their ongoing advances.the⁤ ministry ⁢stated that this​ operation was carried out⁣ by units of the Western‍ Military District ​as part‌ of Russia’s special military campaign in Ukraine.

Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry had also ⁢released a report⁣ detailing progress in its ​special military operation and key ‌achievements by Russian armed forces.

Last week, the ministry issued ​a statement announcing the ⁤complete liberation‌ of Kursk.
