Clashes continue in southern suburbs of Damascus

Clashes between terrorist groups affiliated wiht Jolani and popular factions continued in the⁤ southern suburbs ⁣of Damascus last night.

According to a report by the English section of webangah ⁢News Agency, citing ⁢Mehr News Agency and Al-Mayadeen, local sources in Syria stated that popular factions repelled an attack by terrorist groups linked to Abu Muhammad al-Jolani’s rule in the village of Kanaker, located in the southern outskirts of Damascus.

The village witnessed intense‍ clashes‌ between terrorist groups and local popular ⁢factions throughout last night, with Jolani’s forces also using artillery shelling against the village.

Hamza Mustafa, the information minister of Jolani’s regime, addressed recent clashes between terrorist groups and popular factions affiliated with Druze communities, describing them as an ⁢inseparable part of Syria that has ‌played a crucial role in key moments throughout⁣ Syrian history.

In an attempt to control the security crisis in the country, ⁣he emphasized prioritizing internal stability and accused Israel of fueling‌ sectarianism in Syria to establish a foothold and advance⁢ its ⁣agendas.

These claims come as the Zionist regime, since Bashar al-Assad’s government fell, has attacked parts of Syrian territory and occupied them—yet Jolani’s rule has shown no serious response⁣ to this occupation.
