France: Iran’s nuclear program has no military solution

French Foreign Minister Reiterates Need to Resolve Iran’s Nuclear⁣ Program⁣ Through Dialog

According to a report by ⁢the ⁢English section of⁤ Webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and ⁤al Jazeera, while Iran and ⁤the U.S. have held⁢ three rounds ‍of ⁣indirect talks, ​the timing⁤ and location for a fourth round⁤ remain undecided.However, hopes ‌for resolving disputes diplomatically remain high.

In his latest remarks, ⁢ Jean-Noël‌ Barrot, France’s Foreign Minister,⁢ welcomed ongoing discussions between Tehran and Washington.

he stated: “Paris supports resolving ⁤differences between Tehran and Washington through diplomacy.The truth is⁣ that military action regarding Iran’s nuclear program ‍would come at an extremely heavy cost.”

The French official emphasized: “Paris believes there ​is no⁣ military solution to Iran’s ⁣nuclear program—disputes must ultimately be settled through dialogue.”

Referring to the canceled ⁢meeting between iran and the European delegation, he added: “A technical session was planned ahead of the fourth ​round of talks between Iranian and American officials. ​As those talks have⁤ been postponed, holding another technical‌ meeting is no longer relevant.”
