According to a report by the English section of Webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and al Jazeera, while Iran and the U.S. have held three rounds of indirect talks, the timing and location for a fourth round remain undecided. However, hopes for resolving disputes diplomatically remain high.
In his latest remarks, Jean-Noël Barrot, France’s Foreign Minister, welcomed ongoing discussions between Tehran and Washington.
he stated: “Paris supports resolving differences between Tehran and Washington through diplomacy. The truth is that military action regarding Iran’s nuclear program would come at an extremely heavy cost.”
The French official emphasized: “Paris believes there is no military solution to Iran’s nuclear program—disputes must ultimately be settled through dialogue.”
Referring to the canceled meeting between iran and the European delegation, he added: “A technical session was planned ahead of the fourth round of talks between Iranian and American officials. As those talks have been postponed, holding another technical meeting is no longer relevant.”
