Egyptian Source at Rafah Land Crossing Announces: Zionists Continue to block Humanitarian Aid to Gaza
An Egyptian source at the Rafah land crossing confirmed that Zionist forces continue to block the Palestinian side of the crossing,preventing humanitarian and relief aid from entering while preparing to expand ground operations in southern Rafah within the Gaza Strip.
The source stated that medical teams and ambulances remain on permanent standby to receive and treat Palestinian casualties and their companions.
The source noted that as March 2 (12 Esfand), the occupiers have sealed off the Palestinian side of the Rafah crossing, obstructing trucks carrying humanitarian and relief supplies from entering Gaza.
According to an Egyptian report, hundreds of trucks remain stranded on both sides of the “Rafah-Arish” road, waiting for permission to enter Gaza since the beginning of last ramadan.
Earlier, Hamas’ Islamic resistance Movement stated that over nearly two months, Zionist regime restrictions on humanitarian aid have effectively pushed Gaza into a state of complete famine.
