Pakistan’s Facts Minister Warns India: Islamabad Will Teach Delhi an Unforgettable Lesson in Case of Conflict
According to a report by the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, Attaullah Tarar, Pakistan’s Minister for Information adn Culture, stated in an interview with Al jazeera Mubasher that his country is fully prepared to defend against any aggression. He emphasized,“We are not seeking war and will not initiate an attack,but if India strikes us,we will deliver a response it will never forget.”
Addressing recent tensions with India over the Kashmir incident, Tarar noted that New Delhi has provided no evidence of islamabad’s alleged involvement in the recent attack.He added, “We have expressed our readiness to cooperate with independent investigations.”
Tarar asserted, “We have a strong military and are capable of responding to any aggression from India.” The Pakistani minister also revealed that one of India’s border security personnel was recently detained in Lahore.
Criticizing the indian government’s policies, Tarar accused New Delhi of exploiting the Kashmir incident as a pretext to escalate tensions against Pakistan while refusing impartial inquiries. He stressed that Pakistan is engaging with global leaders through diplomatic efforts to prevent further regional escalation.
Regarding Washington’s stance on the disputes, he described it as balanced, stating: “The U.S. acknowledges our role in combating terrorism.” When asked about potential nuclear weapons use, Tarar dismissed it as unlikely: “We consider nuclear options improbable in these conflicts.”
Concluding with a warning to India, he said: “India should step back—or face an unforgettable lesson.”
