Head of Zionist Regime’s Opposition Criticizes Netanyahu Cabinet’s Mismanagement, Says No One Understands Its Goal in Expanding Gaza War
according to a report by the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al jazeera, Yair Lapid, head of the opposition to the Zionist regime’s cabinet, stated in an interview with Maariv newspaper that Netanyahu’s cabinet is incapable of managing anything—just as it has failed to manage the Gaza war.
He emphasized that Netanyahu claimed in December 2023 that victory was within reach but is now launching a new round of operations under the same pretext.
Lapid also warned against the cabinet’s decision to expand the war in Gaza,stressing that Israel lacks sufficient military personnel and that reserve soldiers’ trust in the regime is eroding over time.
The former Zionist minister added that no one understands the goal or motives behind re-entering Khan Younis, Rafah, and central gaza Strip camps. Military pressure has not onyl failed to secure the release of Israeli captives but has instead pushed them closer to death—despite numerous proposals making an agreement possible.
Referring to Netanyahu’s efforts to delay his own court trial, Lapid highlighted that a proposal to divide legal advisory duties aims to undermine Netanyahu’s judicial proceedings.
