Islamabad Reports Targeting of Two Mosques in Indian Attack
According to the english section of “webangah News Agency“, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, India’s attack on Pakistan tonight targeted civilian areas of the country.
A spokesperson for the Pakistani military confirmed that at least three civilians were killed and 12 others injured in the Indian strikes.At least two mosques were also hit in the attacks by the Indian army.The spokesperson emphasized: “We are preparing conditions to respond to today’s attacks by India.”
Simultaneously occurring, the Indian army referenced cross-border attacks by Pakistani forces, stating: “Once again, we witnessed a ceasefire violation by Pakistan in Jammu and Kashmir. We will respond to this breach at an appropriate time and place.”
A Pakistani security official told Reuters that India’s strikes on Bahawalpur resulted in the death of a child and injuries to two other civilians.
