Russian Defense Ministry Claims Ukraine Has Violated Temporary Ceasefire Agreement 488 Times

According to ⁤the English section of the Webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, Russia’s ​Interfax news agency reported that Ukraine has violated the temporary ⁢ceasefire agreement 488⁤ times within just a few hours of its ⁢announcement.

The⁤ Russian Defense Ministry also stated that it ⁣had gained control over the Troitsky area in Donetsk ⁢ before the temporary ceasefire between the two sides ‌took effect.

Additionally,Russia’s TASS news agency,quoting the Defense Ministry,claimed that Ukrainian forces‍ attempted ​twice to cross into Russian territory ⁤near the kursk region.

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s order for a ‍ three-day ceasefire with ‌Ukraine came into effect today (Thursday). The Kremlin framed ​this move as a “test” of Kyiv’s readiness for peace—while Ukraine dismissed it as a “ridiculous ​spectacle.”
