An American Newspaper Points to the U.S. President’s Failure in Fulfilling Campaign Promises
According to a report by the English section of Webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Russia Al-Youm, the American newspaper The Wall Street Journal reported that U.S. President Donald Trump has acknowledged his campaign promises regarding swiftly resolving the crises in Gaza and Ukraine are far more complex than he initially thought.
The report states that Trump told his supporters in the Republican Party that resolving the conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza is harder than he had imagined.
The Wall Street Journal added that Trump described negotiations with Russia as extremely difficult, claiming efforts to resolve the Ukraine crisis have deprived him of sleep!
This comes despite Trump’s repeated campaign pledges, where he insisted he would quickly bring peace to the Middle East and even jokingly claimed he coudl settle the Ukraine crisis “within 24 hours!”
