UN Warns of Continued humanitarian Catastrophe in Gaza Strip, Says Palestinians Face Death Risk Under Zionist Regime’s Siege
The English section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr News Agency and Russia Al-Youm,reported that the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) emphasized the situation in the Gaza Strip remains catastrophic,with Palestinians facing the threat of death under the Zionist regime’s siege.
in a post on social media platform X, OCHA stated: “Approximately 70% of Gaza’s residents either live in areas where Zionist forces are present, are subjected to forced displacement, or suffer from both.”
The UN body stressed that it and its humanitarian partners stand fully prepared to escalate relief efforts as soon as the siege imposed by Zionist forces on Gaza is lifted.
