Iraq’s Fatah Alliance Leader Warns of CIA’s Covert Activities in the Country
According to a report by the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Almaalomah, Ali al-Fatlawi, a leader of iraq’s Fatah Alliance, emphasized that the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) continues its covert operations in Iraq with the aim of destabilizing the country.
He added: “Whenever America witnesses stability and security in Iraq, it attempts to create chaos to justify maintaining its military presence on Iraqi soil, threatening both Iraq and regional countries.”
Al-Fatlawi further stated: “The U.S. intelligence service employs various tools to achieve this goal, including supporting American teams that incite sectarian strife or carry out assassination operations. Recently, an American team was identified in the Al-Karadah district.”
