The English section of the Webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News agency, reported that media circles within the Zionist regime have raised alarms over the rising number of suicides among Zionist soldiers.According to the report, Zionist circles emphasized that a major wave of suicides among these soldiers is imminent, with many likened to “ticking time bombs” whose detonation remains unpredictable.
Statistics reveal that most soldiers who died by suicide last year were from reserve units. Yossi Levi-Laz, head of the Suicide Research Institute at Rubin Academy, acknowledged an impending surge in suicides, attributing it to post-traumatic stress among Zionist soldiers following their involvement in the Gaza war.
Additionally, the Addiction Center in occupied territories reported a 25% increase in alcohol consumption, sedatives, and other narcotics.
