Hezbollah: Lebanese government ignores Zionist violations
Lebanese MP Stresses Government’s Failure to Protect Citizens from Zionist Aggression
According to a report by the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Lebanon’s Al-Manar via mehr News Agency, Hassan Fadlallah, a Lebanese parliament member and representative of the Loyalty to the Resistance bloc, stated that Lebanon’s current priority is confronting the ongoing aggressions of the Zionist regime, securing the release of Lebanese prisoners, reclaiming occupied territories, and rebuilding destruction caused by enemy attacks.
Fadlallah emphasized that the government must also prioritize improving living conditions, restoring citizens’ funds to banks, and fulfilling promises regarding electricity supply as part of its economic responsibilities.
He noted that despite being in office for several months, citizens have seen no enhancement in most ministries’ performance. Some groups entering electoral campaigns are focused on political competition rather than addressing public demands.
The Hezbollah-affiliated MP clarified that Hezbollah is a government partner, holding ministerial positions and supporting its success through direct coordination with the prime Minister. He reiterated readiness to cooperate on implementing ministerial statements—notably reforms—while also monitoring developments through parliamentary legal mechanisms.
Regarding Lebanon’s municipal elections, Fadlallah highlighted their importance in southern Lebanon as a symbol of resilience and commitment to their land—a message to the “Zionist enemy” that destruction and killings will not displace Lebanese citizens.
he further stressed that escalating Israeli regime aggressions reinforce resistance factions’ resolve against occupation while criticizing Lebanon’s government for failing to ensure citizen security or acknowledge crises as if they occur “in another country.”
Fadlallah praised national media for their vital role in exposing Zionist crimes despite sacrifices—including martyrs—as Israel seeks “to silence voices of truth.”
