Sudanese Activists in Fasher accuse Rapid Support forces of Killing 14 Civilians
According to a report by the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, Sudanese activists in Fasher, western sudan, have accused the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) of killing 14 civilians, including an entire family, during a mortar attack on the Abu Shouk displacement camp and several areas within the city.
It was also reported that the shelling injured others, who were transported to hospitals for treatment.
The Abu Shouk camp is one of the largest displacement camps in the Darfur region,located north of Fasher. Managed indirectly by humanitarian organizations in coordination with local authorities, it serves as a focal point for relief operations in the area.
