Thousands of Istanbul residents gather in support of Gaza + images

Thousands‌ of members ⁣of civil society and charity organizations, including the Turkish Humanitarian Relief Foundation (IHH), gathered in Istanbul’s Beyazıt Square, chanting “Israel is criminal, get out of Palestine,” and marched toward the Hagia⁢ Sophia Grand ⁤Mosque ⁤ too protest against the attacks‌ by Israeli⁢ occupiers on ⁢Gaza. ⁤

The⁢ demonstrators,waving turkish and Palestinian flags while shouting ‌slogans such as “Israel is criminal,leave Palestine,” moved ⁣from Yeniçeri ‌Street ‌ toward the Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque. ⁤

They assembled around a platform where speeches were scheduled to be held in support of Gaza and condemnation of the crimes committed by‍ Zionist ​forces.
