according too a report by the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Syria’s official news outlet, al-Jolani and Mohammed bin Salman, the Saudi Crown Prince, held a phone conversation.
During the call, Al-jolani and bin Salman discussed bilateral cooperation and ways to strengthen it, particularly in economic and investment fields. Al-Jolani expressed gratitude for Saudi Arabia’s consistent support for Syria and emphasized Riyadh’s critical role in reinforcing Syria’s unity,stability,and its people’s resilience against challenges—especially the recent aggression by the Zionist regime.
In response, the Saudi crown Prince reaffirmed his country’s commitment to supporting Syria’s security and stability while promoting political solutions to preserve its territorial integrity and aid reconstruction efforts. Bin Salman also highlighted Riyadh’s dedication to enhancing economic cooperation and investment in Syria during the next phase.
Separately, Al-Jolani held a phone call with Mohammed bin Zayed, President of the UAE, addressing regional developments and prospects for bilateral relations. He stressed the importance of sustained coordination between both nations while praising abu Dhabi’s stance on syria amid escalating challenges. Bin Zayed affirmed the UAE’s willingness to expand economic collaboration with Damascus moving forward.
