According to a report‍ by the English​ section ⁢of ⁣ webangah News Agency, citing ⁤Mehr ⁤News Agency and ⁤Qatar’s Al Jazeera network,‌ Donald Trump, the‌ U.S. President, stated ‍that Ukraine must immediately agree to Putin’s negotiation proposal.

The American president wrote on his social media platform, Truth Social: “The Russian president is not calling ⁤for a ceasefire agreement with Ukraine but wants to meet with Ukraine in Istanbul on Thursday to negotiate an end‌ to this bloodshed.”
