Sudanese Army Advances on three Fronts in West kordofan, Liberates Areas from Rapid Support Forces
A military source reported that the Sudanese Army, after gaining control over areas in West Kordofan State, is advancing on three fronts and has cleared several regions of Rapid Support Forces (RSF) presence.
According to the English section of webangah news Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Russia al-Youm, Sudanese Army forces launched logistical-supported advances and seized large parts of the university area west of Omdurman Islamic University.
The Sudanese Army also captured an intact armored vehicle belonging to RSF elements in the western front within the university zone.
Yesterday,Sudan’s air force carried out strikes against RSF troop gatherings in Bara city,North Kordofan State.
The conflict between Sudan’s military—led by Abdel Fattah al-Burhan—and the RSF under Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo (Hemedti) has plunged the country into a severe crisis for over two years, displacing millions.
