Taiwan tests new US missile system for first time
CNN Reports Taiwan’s Test of U.S.-Supplied Missile System
According to the English section of “webangah News Agency” citing Mehr News Agency, CNN reported that Taiwan has tested a new missile system provided by the U.S. for the first time.
The report further states that the system tested by Taiwan is the same one Ukraine has used against Russia.
CNN added: This system could potentially be deployed to target Chinese mainland territory in the event of a war with Taiwan.
Based on the report, Taiwan fired the missiles from a testing center in a remote area overlooking the pacific Ocean.
