Germany calls for urgent action to prevent famine in Gaza
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Reuters, Germany on Wednesday demanded immediate action to prevent severe famine in Gaza due to the continued blockade by the Zionist regime and the inability to deliver humanitarian aid to Palestine.
Olaf Scholz, the German Chancellor, during his speech in the countryS parliament (Bundestag), while condemning the brutality of Jerusalem’s occupiers against oppressed Palestinians under false pretexts, emphasized the need for increased humanitarian assistance to palestinians.
The Chancellor further added: “We expect them to provide better humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza, whose suffering we witness—especially children, women, and the elderly. Today we received reports that severe famine threatens Gaza.”
