Putin canceled Trump’s trip to Istanbul
According to the English section of webangah news Agency,citing Mehr News Agency and TASS,Reuters wrote—quoting an informed official—that Donald Trump,the U.S. president, will not attend the negotiations between Ukraine and Russia in Istanbul.
reuters reported that this informed official confirmed Trump’s absence after Vladimir Putin, Russia’s president, announced Moscow’s delegation for the talks.
Trump had previously not ruled out attending the Russia-Ukraine negotiations scheduled for today (Thursday) in istanbul.
The Russian delegation will be led by Vladimir Medinsky, a Kremlin advisor. Other members include Mikhail Galozin, Deputy Foreign Minister; Igor Kastukov, Head of the Central Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces; and Alexander Fomin, Deputy Defense Minister of Russia.
