Trump: Iranian-made drones are cheap but terrifying
The U.S. President praised Iranian-made drones, describing them as “fast, deadly, and terrifying.”
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Fox News, Donald Trump, the U.S.President currently in Qatar, commended Iranian-made drones during a meeting attended by executives of major American companies—including Larry Culp, CEO of GE Aerospace (a jet engine manufacturer).
During the meeting, he stated: “I told one of the (American) companies that I want a lot of drones. Iran makes good drones and does it for $35 to $40 thousand.”
Trump added: ”That company came back two weeks later with a drone priced at $41 million. I told them that’s not what I meant—I meant a drone costing no more than $35 to $40 thousand. (These drones) are vrey good, fast, deadly, and terrifying.”
