Sudanese Iraq has no intention of normalizing relations with Tel Aviv
Iraq’s Prime Minister emphasized that the country has no intention of normalizing relations with the Zionist regime.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Shafaq News, Iraqi Prime minister Mohammed Shia’ al-sudani stated in an interview with Sky News Arabia on Thursday: “There is no intention whatsoever to normalize relations with the Zionist regime, recognize it, or sign any peace agreement with it in Iraq.”
al-Sudani added: “Iraq’s position aligns with the steadfast Arab stance on the Palestinian issue.”
regarding weapons in Iraq,he said: “The government seeks to monopolize arms under its control. No weapons should exist outside official state institutions. We have fought terrorism for two decades and are now focused on strengthening our security institutions.”
