According to a report by the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al-Mayadeen, AFP quoted a Ukrainian official stating that Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukraine’s president, will not travel to istanbul but will send a delegation to the city for talks with the Russian side.
