A Ukrainian official Zelensky is not going to Istanbul
According to a report by the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al-Mayadeen, AFP quoted a Ukrainian official stating that Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukraine’s president, will not travel to istanbul but will send a delegation to the city for talks with the Russian side.
regarding this matter, Zelensky said: “The structure of Russia’s delegation shows that the country is not serious about achieving peace. Moscow has sent a delegation with no authority.”
