Anti-Zionist operation in occupied Jerusalem
According to a report by the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, Channel 14 of the Zionist regime’s television announced that an Israeli security officer was wounded in a stabbing attack operation in occupied Jerusalem.
A spokesperson for the Zionist regime’s emergency institution confirmed the news, stating: “We received a report about one person being injured following a stabbing attack near Bab al-Silsila (one of the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque) in the old quarter of Jerusalem. The assailant was targeted.”
After reports emerged about an anti-Zionist operation, occupying forces were placed on high alert in the old quarter of occupied Jerusalem.
In response to this operation, the Zionist regime’s army closed Bab al-silsila, one of the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Palestinian sources stated that Zionist forces opened fire on the perpetrator of the stabbing attack, who was reportedly a young man.
