25 Americans killed in storm

Severe‍ storms across multiple⁢ U.S. states leave over 25 dead and ⁢cause widespread power outages.

According to ‌webangah News ​Agency, powerful storms have killed‍ more than ‌25 people across ‌Missouri, ‍Kentucky, ⁤and Virginia, ⁤destroying ⁢homes and businesses.

Local authorities report the storms left tens of thousands of residents without electricity.

Kentucky Governor ​Andy Beshear stated on social ⁤media platform X that‍ at least 18 ⁣storm-related deaths occurred in ⁢his state. Meanwhile, officials in Missouri confirmed⁢ seven ⁣fatalities.

Local media reported two additional deaths from ⁢falling trees ⁤in Virginia.

Governor Beshear noted over 100,000 Kentucky​ residents lost power, with five⁣ counties declaring states of emergency.

In Missouri’s largest city⁤ St. Louis, five people died. State officials described the⁤ event as ⁤one of ⁤the most severe storms in the ​region’s history.
