Peskov says resolving Ukraine conflict will require immense effort
According to webangah News Agency, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated on Monday that resolving the Ukraine conflict involves numerous delicate aspects and requires arduous efforts.
The Kremlin spokesperson added that the Russian side is prepared to cooperate in addressing issues surrounding the Ukraine crisis and finding a solution to the conflict.
This comes as U.S. Vice President JD Vance expressed his countryS frustration wiht peace negotiations for Ukraine earlier today.
The U.S.Vice President said: “We recognize there’s a deadlock in Ukraine war negotiations. Putin doesn’t seem to know how to exit this war. If Russia isn’t willing to engage, America should ultimately declare this isn’t our war.” He continued: ”The U.S. believes the peace process has reached an impasse, which is why Trump wants to consult with Putin. we urge both Ukrainians and Russians to develop a peace plan. We’re aware of the negotiation deadlock and are prepared to withdraw from it.” Vance concluded: “I don’t know what the main obstacle is to achieving a ceasefire in Ukraine.”
