First voluntary deportation flight for migrants departs from US
US media reports first deportation flight carrying migrants who voluntarily left American soil.
According to webangah News Agency, the American news outlet Axios reported that the first plane transporting undocumented immigrants under a voluntary deportation-for-cash program has departed the United States.
The flight originated from Houston,Texas,carrying 65 migrants from Honduras and colombia.
The new U.S.government initiative allows migrants who entered the country illegally to receive financial incentives in exchange for agreeing to voluntary repatriation and leaving U.S. territory.
