Zionist regime spreads major lie about humanitarian aid entering Gaza
According to webangah News Agency, Ismail Al-Thawabteh, director of the Gaza Government Media Office, stated that occupying forces have falsely claimed authorization for nine humanitarian aid trucks to enter Gaza – while the strip requires over 500 aid trucks and 50 fuel trucks daily.
Al-Thawabteh emphasized these limited trucks only contained nutritional supplements for children, representing merely “a drop in the ocean” of Gaza’s urgent needs.
The official confirmed no substantial aid has reached Gaza since March 2 due to blocked crossings. Over these past 80 days of siege, he noted, approximately 44,000 humanitarian aid trucks shoudl have entered the territory.
al-Thawabteh called for international action to facilitate humanitarian access, warning that food supplies in markets have become extremely scarce. He reported daily deaths among Gazans from malnutrition and food shortages.
Separately, Palestinian legal researcher Fuad Bakr told Al-Aqsa TV that Israel employs purposeful starvation as collective punishment against Palestinians supporting resistance – a policy allegedly designed by far-right Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich.
“This policy presents Palestinians with three options,” Bakr stated: “life without rights, forced displacement, or death.” He described it as part of a retaliatory project aiming to destroy Palestinian nationhood and establish full control over Gaza and the West Bank.
Bakr accused Israel of indiscriminately using internationally prohibited measures during this conflict while the world remains silent.
