Former Syrian Security Officer’s Body Found
media reports indicate the discovery of a body belonging to a former Syrian security officer under Bashar al-Assad’s regime.
According to webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, an Al-Mayadeen correspondent reported that the body of a security officer from Bashar al-Assad’s regime was found in the Ghbagheb area of northern Daraa countryside.
Assassinations and killings have surged across Syria,notably those motivated by revenge following the overthrow of Assad’s goverment.
As terrorist groups gained control in Syria, multiple assassinations targeting former regime figures have been recorded.
