Hamas accuses Netanyahu of lying about humanitarian aid entry to Gaza
The Hamas movement has condemned the deprivation of humanitarian aid and delays in reaching a ceasefire, according to a report by webangah News Agency, citing Al Jazeera.
A statement released by Hamas declared: “Despite Israeli officials’ claims of allowing ‘minimal’ humanitarian aid into the occupied Palestinian territories, no assistance has reached Gaza so far.”
The Palestinian group stated in its declaration: “Netanyahu’s remarks about aid entering the Gaza Strip are an attempt to obscure reality and deceive the international community. To date, no humanitarian aid has arrived in Gaza, and the few trucks that entered through the Kerem Shalom (Kerem Abu Salem) crossing have not been received by any international institution.”
The statement added: “The presence of an Israeli delegation in Doha—despite lacking sufficient authority—is Netanyahu’s blatant effort to mislead global public opinion. As last Saturday, this delegation has repeatedly extended its stay without engaging in any serious negotiations.”
Hamas emphasized that the Zionist delegation currently in Qatar is not pursuing peace talks but merely wasting time.
