UN warns of deteriorating conditions in Gaza

Stephane Dujarric, spokesperson⁣ for the UN Secretary-General, stated that aid entering Gaza “falls far short of meeting the region’s overwhelming needs.” In ‌a report by webangah News Agency, he emphasized​ that “no aid has been distributed in Gaza⁢ yet, as Israel only permits access ‍through unsafe routes.”

The UN Committee on the Rights of the child condemned “the starvation of children in Gaza and continued Israeli obstruction of humanitarian aid ‌access ⁢too the territory.”

UNRWA stressed that “the politically motivated famine created in Gaza through Israeli actions constitutes a blatant injustice against its residents.”
